Reservations, Deposit and Cancellation
A $300 Booking Deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance, plus a refundable $300 Damage/Loss Deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival. The Booking Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but may be applied as a deposit to a future booking. Rental amount is non-refundable once due (subject to pro-rata refund based on re-rental of unit).
